COMPETITION FORMAT

  • Three bands will perform every Monday evening at the Robin 2 starting Monday 6th' August
  • 2012.
  • The three winners from each weekly heat will go through to a monthly final to find the BEST
  • LIVE BAND OF THE MONTH!
  • Each best live band of the month wins a £25 voucher for recording at N12 Studios
  • Wolverhampton!
  • All of the monthly winners go through to a semi final held on Monday 10th December 2012.
This culminates the three grand finalists to compete on Sunday 16th December 2012 for the title
BEST LIVE BAND OF THE YEAR 2012!
Every heat of the competition will be judged by a combination of audience ballot votes and
a judging panel. The grand final will be judged by a panel of music biz celebrities put
together by the organisers of the competition.

The competition and competitors will receive coverage and periodic reviews in several media outlets including Ryan's Gig Guide, Surge Music website and the Cambridge Rock Festival.

The runners up in the grand final will receive:

All grand finalists receive a live DVD shoot of the grand final including 2 songs and an interview

A profession 4K PA Hire, including engineers, at any venue in the midlands provided by Sub Zero Music hire, Bilston!

£150 worth of musical equipment provided by Sub Zero Music, Bilston!
